oDesk.com - Trust No-one
Despite my best attempts, I haven’t been able to clone myself. So last week, I took a gamble on oDesk.com and outsourced a few tasks to programmers in Belarus & Manilla. The results were fine but the way oDesk treat their providers is not.
oDesk software monitors keyboard activity and takes periodic screen captures while the provider is working - something which to me is an extreme act...
